Hi sir,
1.Can you please tell me that does an ifs officer (when he gets selected) have to surrender it's regular passport in order to get a diplomatic one?
2. If a diplomat wants to go to USA as a tourist and NOT officially , then will he have to get visa on regular passport or diplomatic one?
