  1. Greetings sir!
I had one query, does this book have only 78 pages or is the full version available somewhere else?
I ask because I wanted to know more about what your life entails after you start serving.

    1. Many thanks Vinita for your kind words! Women have great prospects in the IFS. Two of the women IFS officers have risen to be the rank of the Foreign Secretary who is the head of the Foreign Service. Several other women IFS officers have been Ambassadors to some of the Permanent Five countries. So please go ahead without any hesitations.

  8. Dear Sir,

Your blog is really informative, and your success is a great source of inspiration for me. I have few queries regarding IFS:

    1. I know there are multiple IFS personnel who went into politics. I am interested to know, what path do these people generally follow? It would be great if you explain this in some detail.
    2. As you mentioned that one gets a flat of around 110 sq. ft. Do one gets a bigger flat, if married?
    3. Do IFS personnel gets cook, or one has to prepare food by themselves, when living in a foreign country?

    Thanks

  10. Hello sir,

I need to know whether an IFS officer's spouse can work in that country in which he/she is working?
I have work experience in Bahrain. Does that make me restricted to GCC or arabic language a must???
